This patient had concerns with her overall nasal appearance. It was crooked from the front with a wide tip, and the nose was over-projected on side view with a prominent hump and droopy tip. She underwent primary rhinoplasty to straighten and smoothen her nose from the front, refine her nasal tip in a natural way, and to reduce the overall size of her nose from the side view while also lifting the tip to a natural position.
