This patient came to see us because she was not happy with her nasal tip appearance. She felt the tip had a “cleft” on the front view, felt that her nostrils were too prominent, and she also felt the tip was droopy on side profile view. She underwent primary rhinoplasty to create a smoother tip and to slightly rotate the nose on side view to a more normal position, while still looking natural. This is a really good example of how the nostril prominence can be improved significantly to reduce the overall size and shape of the nostrils.
