This patient came to see us with concerns that her nose just looked to “fat” and big. With her thicker skin, she desired an overall smaller nose from the front and side views. She underwent primary rhinoplasty, reduction in the overall bony and cartilaginous framework, and thinning of the soft tissue to achieve a successful result from the front and side views.
